This is going to be a big one lads sorry in advance.

When I did my first loop about a year ago I plumped straight in at 19/13 tubing with barbs and clips as seen here

https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/t31/976012_4869486457494_477707702_o.jpg

Well a year on and im thinking an overhaul is required mistakes were made with the loop as happens with all noob builds and im looking at fixing those.

The push pull fans are going to be moved 1 to back 1 to bottom as intakes, that in itself presents an issue as the back fan wont mount on the 1/2 inch tubing so I'm looking and changing to monsoon compressions with 45 degree fittings and looking at moving down a size to 7/16ths, am i likely to see any performance differences with doing this? would I be as well dropping down an extra size to 13/10? this is in a switch 810 so i dont want it to look lost. Ill be moving to Primochill advanced regardless

On the subject of tubing size as can be seen the 1/2 inch going to the cpu from the front has sagged a lot will this be rectified using smaller and lighter tubing?

Regarding routing are there any improvements I could make? I already have plans to swap the ports on the top rad with the 45 degree fittings which would cut down on some tubing and again using a 45 at the front to shorten the pump to front rad length but is there anything else I could do to improve?

Lastly liquid, currently im running pastel orange ill be doing a full flush left overnight with battery water to clear out the blocks and rads but im wondering umming and ahhing between x1 and pastel its a lot cheaper to by x1 and orange dye than it is to buy pastel I know that pastel lasts longer but most people flush once a year anyway and I could get 2-3 changes with x1 for the price of pastel, ive also read that x1 can perform better and while 2/3 degrees isnt enough reason to change on its own all things combined its stacking hard against pastel

So my questions in short

1 tube sizing
2 any routing advise
3 liquid pastel vs x1

Thanks again guys

I have had a similar experience with tubing sagging or worse kinking... the easiest way to stop that from happening is to put the anti kink coil around the tubing which keeps it nicely held in place. This alone should save you some expensive fittings but doesn't look quite as nice (I actually really like the transparent kink coils as they take on the colour of your dye). Your loop other wise looks really tidy - I for one would be hesitant to make that much change to it but I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't say that I had spent a fortune on watercooling doing exactly what you are planning.
