System Performace

How do I see how the system is performing... I am sure in the apple shop the guy went to the apple icon but there nothing there were i can find system performace to tell me how much memory it using etc

Finder --> Applications --> Accessories --> Activity Monitor



To see hardware and software specs click the apple then choose "About this Mac"
