System required for Mastercam

hi, been asked by a friend for a, in his words 'mega PC' to run mastercam comfortably.
this is his minimum req;
i7
32GB Ram
CPU Watercooled -corsair etc, nothing custom
3 x 30" monitors - 1080p
Nvidia Quadro (2GB min) to drive the Monitors, aware he might need 2 of them
240GB SSD
480/500GB SSD

any help guys

Got a budget in mind? I can see this one ending up somewhat expensive

no budget lol, i expected it to be expensive
should note max resolution he will work at is 1920 x 1080
