System Resources on OSX

Is there somewhere on OS X where I can see what progs are using what resources (ie..e mem and cpu power) a bit like task manager in Windows? I'm sure there must be - I just can't find it.

Goto Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor. Voila!

Handy Tip:

CTRL + Click on the Activity Monitor icon and you can change the icon to a CPU/network/disc usage meter.
