System Restore in Vista..

You can change this in Task Scheduler

Do a search for Task Scheduler in the Vista search box.

On the left coloumn in Task Scheduler expand:

Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > SystemRestore

You can now adjust when system restore is ran.
