System service exception HELP !

Hi I have had my pc for a while and never sorted the problems out, I managed about 6 months ago to get done what I had to and just put up with the problems. Now my pc wont startup beyond login screen before I get a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD. I have tried to look for help but I knew less than I thought, so if someone has some patience to try and help me it would be much appreciated.

I can sit in the bios without it crashing so I think it could be something to do with memory timings, or power voltage...?

Just any help would be appreciated.

Needed it for 3d modelling in march havent used since i moved house and wont boot only BSOD. I think i might need to change the memory voltage or some memory settings but im unsure how to do so. I have a MSIclick bios which isnt standard for finding anything.
 
Just set the XMP to profile 1 and the others were at auto, should i have my RAM set to 1.65 volts? or will auto be okay?

BSOD on boot like normal

and keeps trying to switch itself back on...
