Hey guys,

I've been running my current system without fault for 9 months and last weekend my PC has started to turn off intermittently and without warning.
It doesn't shutdown or BSOD, just instantly powers off but mainboard lights still appear!

Specs below in sig; (CPU at stock right now)

-Ran Memtest for 12 hours, passed.
-Ran stress tests/bechmarks for temperatures and ran fine.
-Check temperatures of all sensors, all WELL within acceptable limits. CPU, cores range from 38c-44c idle. GPU Core 58c, HDD's etc all ok as well.
-Unit will turn off whilst in BIOS from a cold boot to have been on for over 30 hours.
-Tested working memory modules in all slots. (From Working PC)
-Tested working PSU. (From Working PC)
-Tested working Nvidia 7600GS OC
-Tested two working Hard-Drives. (DFT'd other)
-Removed PCI Audio card. (X-Fi)
-Tested CPU in friends EVGA 680i (Same Board)
- Have done viral scans of all sorts.

I have run it down to bare minimums using only 1 of 4 hdds, unplugging my audio card and taking out my optical drives, running off 1 memory module.

From all I can see, it's the motherboard?
EVGA RMA is a pain >_<

2 days ago I took everything apart and rebuilt the system on my desk and it ran for a day and a half, thought it was just something loose/ maybe something shorting..
Then I wake up this morning to the unit off! :( Managed to play Bioshock demo through!:)

Have you checked if its the power switch on the front pannel? might be worth disconnecting the headers, starting it by shorting the pins and see if the problem still happens then.

PK!
