I decided to switch from an old INTEL to AMD, but I don't know anything about AMD

GPU I already bought it. Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+ 16GB Graphics Card
CPU i want Ryzen 9900x

please recommend the other components

NO budget limit, I'm not interested in how it looks, only the utility
I want to use the system for video editing, I can't wait until the new AMD motherboards are released .... :(

Thank you

You've switched so do you already have anything else? PSU? Case?
i have but the case is mATX and is too small for GPU
and PSU is good, is modular Seasonic 750w, gold, but i dont have PCI e cable from psu to gpu and i dont know witch one to buy

The 7800XT uses 2 x 8 pin cables so you will be ok, unless you mean you have lost them.

If you have lost them, contact Seasonic and they may send you what you need (maybe free or not).

5200 is AMDs guaranteed default speed for a lot of chips, 6000 will be fine. Anything over 5200 is technically an overclock.

From https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X670-AORUS-ELITE-AX-rev-10-12/sp#sp

"Support for DDR5 8000(OC)/ 7800(OC)/ 7600(OC)/ 7200(OC)/ 7000(OC)/ 6800(OC)/ 6666(OC)/ 6600(OC)/ 6400(OC)/ 6200(OC)/ 6000(OC)/ 5600(OC)/ 5200/ 4800/ 4400 MT/s memory modules"

That GPU needs 700w as minimum so it should be OK, no harm going higher though if you have a little extra to spend.
