System starting to become unstable

I've had my PC overclocked at the current settings they are at for nearly a year and have had no problems or crashes. Within the last 2 weeks I’ve had two BSOD whilst playing Starcraft2. I was wondering what people thing the problem could be? I've cleaned out dust even though my temps were not any higher than usual. My computer runs for around 10 hours a day, it was on 12 hours yesterday before it BSOD.

CPU electromigration or the RAM is starting to fail. I would need to run tests to tell you which one.
