System startup issues

Hi all, I've had this problem since I built my system years ago and never found a reason or cure. It's to do with Corsair ICUE, ASUS gputweak and NZXT CAM .. I have all of them set to start at system startup .. sometimes they start .. most times they dont or i get a "windows permissions" box for each of them that has to be authorised as soon as windows starts or I have to go through the process of closing the programs (that are in the background but not working) .. It's a pain in the backside as cam runs my overlays, GPUtweak controls the GPU (obviously) and ICUE runs keyboard and mouse ..
I have checked permissions in windows (all good) .. I have checked anti virus and made exceptions (no antivirus warnings anyway), I have given full permissions in windows .. and i still cannot see why this is happening .. I have tried safe mode and issue remains ... any thoughts ?

They are conflicting, it is known that the hardware chip being polled by multiple software app at same time causes issues.

Example AIDA64 can control some Corsair PSU's but they state do not do so it when Corsair Link or newer bloated ICUE is open

well that sucks ... apart from uninstalling them .. is there a workaround? they all work perfectly when running (even together) .. but at sys start they just wont behave consistently

Delay the start up of them in Windows and if they still act up your going to need an app to delay each by a different amount of seconds.
