System Time Slow

I have only just noticed that my system time is slow.
I have had my computer for about 2 months now but I suspect that the time has been slow for that time but I haven't noticed.
So, after booting up my desktop and laptop and synchronizing both with the internet time my desktop seems to run behind by a few seconds and this increases while I leave it.
Most noticeably the time difference was 2 minutes after watching a 1hr30 film on my desktop. I checked the time with my phone and both my phone and laptop times were near enough the same.
I can also tell a slight jump in my music every 2/3 mins, this may have nothing to do with it but I will throw it in there (using newest iTunes, same issue with old iTunes)
I am going to change my CMOS battery when I get a new one but HWMonitor is showing 3.07v and the clock seems to start off the same difference as when I turn it off so I will check this overnight.
Incase this isnt the problem does anyone have any other ideas why my clock is slow and getting slower.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies.
I left my pc off overnight and immediately booted into bios. The system time was the same as my laptop.
Maybe an issue with windows 7 or pc under load.
I have a CR2025 battery lying round that is the same voltage as CR2032. it may not fit in the battery holder though.
I will back up my bios, see if the CR2025 fits and if not I will use the link @Philtor posted until I get a CR2032.
Looking at HW Monitor after leaving my PC on for a while does show the minimum battery voltage as 1.xxV/2.xxV so hopefully a new battery will solve my problems :)

Task scheduler throws up an error when I open it after I updated synchronise time settings from the guide posted in that link :/ and it looks like synchronise time has disappeared off it too :( I'll see if I can get it fixed tonight

http://www.pretentiousname.com/timesync/index.html used this guide to add my time sync back again.

Still get the task scheduler error though. Any thoughts??
