System upgrade for £200?

Currently have the below spec pc, what can i do to ramp up the power? Thinking 4gb and a new CPU. But if could address all 4 that would be superb.

Pick up a graphics card over on MM for £100, should get you something nice like a 8800gtx, 4850 etc.

4GB ram will be cheap - £40

Rest on a processor.
