System Upgrade For Streaming & Recording!! Help

I've recently started streaming & recording gameplay, and the older parts of my system seem to be suffering, mainly the CPU which is at around 60-70% use when streaming and thats without even loading the game up!

I think I just need a new CPU (Ryzen 7) a new Mobo (x370) new DDR 4 RAM, and a new CPU cooler? everything else in my system should be fine for now?

Current Spec:

i5 3570k 4.3 ghz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler (can you get AM4 brackets for these yet?)
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H Mobo
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2166hz RAM
128gb SSD
1TB HDD
Xigatec Asgard Pro Gaming Case
GTX 1080Ti Extreme Edition
XFX 850W XXX Edition Modular '80 Plus Silver' Power Supply
Agon Ultrawide 35inch 1440p 100hz monitor

Thinking of upgrading with

Ryzen 7 1700
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000hz RAM
MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON Socket AM4 AMD Ryzen 7th Gen Athlon DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard

Recommendations for a AM4 Compatible CPU cooler?
EDIT: I've got a AM4 bracket ordered for my Cooler Master cooler now, so don't need new cooler now

Budget around £600 but that is flexible

Also wouldn't mind a new larger case, with more room for extra fans etc, maybe for liquid cooling sometime, any good ones for under £80?

Corsair CC-9011085-WW Carbide Series SPEC-ALPHA Windowed Mid-Tower ATX Gaming Computer Case looks good?

Thanks

Seems like a solid upgrade plan, considered the cheaper option of getting a 2nd hand i7 3770k?

Personally if you have the free funds available the ryzen is a good choice but the i7 could be a cheaper stopgap.

I have the funds available, so I'd rather upgrade to a new system that will last for a few years rather than buy an old second hand CPU, especially with the streaming & recording demands nowadays!
