System upgrade/overclock - advice

Hi,
I'll upgrading my system this week and looking for any feedback you can give me on the components and any advice for a first time overclocker.

new parts buying are:

Intel C2D e6600 CPU
Crucial Ballistix pc6400 (2x1gb) RAM
Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 Mobo
M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard

not sure on new cooling yet
wont be buying a new gfx card, my x1900xt is fine for now

Would change the M/B to the DS3P

I would buy a
6400
DS3/4
2gb decent brand ram
a nice cooler

you should get a nice clock from that!
