Hi guys i am looking at building myself a high spec system very shortly

do you know what sort of price i could sell my current rig (hope not breaking any rules here all parts via ocuk by the way)

There is a price check forum but you need 250 posts and to have been a member for 90 days plus to see it so I'll have a quick guess at rough prices based on the parts prices.

Probably about £450-550 for the PC and maybe £100 for the monitor but these are pretty rough estimates. You may make more selling the parts individually
