system upgrade

Hi guys I'm upgrading my system fully for the first time in nearly 6 years and am way out of date with my tech / components knowledge, hope someone can help.

I have some bits I know I can just move over to a new system (DVD Drive, Soundcard, Monitor etc) What I need is the following:

Case (My current one is really cramped even with the old components)

PSU

Motherboard

CPU

RAM

GPU Have been using ATI for years so will probably stick with them unless anyone has any better bang for buck suggestions.

I have a budget of about £500

Thanks for the suggestions, that second one with the i5 looks promising and yes hard drives etc are all SATA.
