This is the last piece of the jigsaw to make my playing my favorite MMO, less stressful.

1)
I have an "eggtimer" set to 3min:
http://www.elegantpie.com/#egg timer

2)
Incidentally set it to low priority which as of yet havent tested to see if it gets rid of the slight hiccups in framerate occationally when its on:
Properties>target> C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c start "Eggtimer" /belownormal "D:\Backups\Share\Utilities\AlarmClock\eggtimer\eggtimer.exe"

3)
Now the final piece.

A system wide hotkey. I would prefer it to be via windows commands rather than another 3rd party app (3rd party apps are bad, mmmkay see #2)

Ill have another google if no one comes up with the goods, but any help appreciated!

Anyway to use hotkeys which are part of the CCC (catalyst control center, doubt it but still).

At the moment- I can click a shortcut and the timer starts automatically (with the low priority string added), so really I could make do with a "quicklaunch shortcut".

Ah well, Ive cracked it now. ;)
