Systools, vista and intel dual core celeron d

Title says it all.

I have Vista premium and a dual core intel celeron d.

I have 2 gb ram ect ect

When i try to run systools if gives the error driver not found. I have tried reinstalling several times with no success, any ideas?

Or any ways to overclock in vista?

Any1 any ideas yet? Are these actually able to run faster?
