t-cut?

have some paint scuffs on top of my cars paint from getting a bit close to the garage door oops! is t-cut the thing to rub the paint off with? green over black isnt really my thing

yup go for it, rub it on with a bit of pressure then leave for 30 secs and buff off, can take a bit of elbow grease.

So it's not that the car paint is damaged, it's paint transfer from the garage door?

That should polish out a treat if so.

If it's scuffs in the car paint, then you'll likely not get it perfect, but you can certainly improve the appearance.
