Really need some assistance here , I've never delved to deeply into ram speeds but after buying some new kit and comparing against others I notice mine are running awful.
I grabbed a few tools from reading other threads but do not know where to start <?>
I notice this guy has same memory and achieving much speeds also :-

I have XMP profile enabled in bios and the current timings are 18-22-22-22-42 @4000mhz
Since running above I have had to drop memory to 3800hz to remain stable no drop out games , + clear memtest.
