Hey everyone,
I just wanted to pick your brains on something.
A while back I bought the S3 LTE on T-Mobile on a 24 Month £7 contract and paid £350 for the phone.
The phone arrived and after a day I decided that I didn't like the phone so I initiated DSR. I didn't use the sim card that was supplied with the S3, I just turned it on and used it for an hour or so, factory reset the phone and put the plastic back on and packed it up.
The phone was back with T Mobile and my account was credited with £350 but actually never refunded into my bank.
In the meantime a bill of £60.08 was due and was taken from the £350, when I called T-Mobile a week later the customer services representative stated that she will initiate the refund of £289.92 back into my bank account.
I was checking my account yesterday and I noticed that the refund didn't occur then I checked my T-Mobile account and imagine my surprise when I saw the charge below.
It looks like I've been charged again for the phone which has made me extremely cheesed off to be honest.
I called Customer Services and spoke to a representative who said that the charge didn't make sense and will pass it to the billing department on Monday as they don't work weekends
Those who are knowledgeable in this area what do you think has happened here and do you think that I should cancel my direct debit in the meantime as T-Mobile will be taking quite a bit of money from my bank account in the next few days which they aren't entitled to.
Thanks in advance for any advice and info.
