I'm on flex35 standard at the moment, but think I'd be better of switching to say Flex25with WebNWalk

As I'm going away with work so would be using my phone as a modem for my laptop, hopefully I get good signal where I'm gonna be living! Can you use Skype /MSN over WebNWalk?

Is it possible to switch price plans like this, I'm only 3 months into the 12 month contract as it is, and I bought it through Dialaphone too, would this royally mess up my voucher redemption offer too?

I do this quite often but I got my phone direct from tmobile and can do it using the tmobile website. You can only do it from the start of your billing cycle though ie. any changes dont take affect until the next billing period. Not sure if any of this is possible when it was bought using a third party though.

It looks like I can change via their website, but only going upwards, I'm looking to kerb the spending already you see!

Will ring them tomorrow and ask, do you think it could be changed from both tmobile and Dialphones end? worth trying them both I suppose!

I have changed mine both up and down in the past but never lower than what it was originally started on so maybe thats not allowed.

You can lower your contract after 3 months. You can never go higher/lower then 1 price plan in a single step. (hope that makes sense)

wrong. if youve only just taken out the contract then the earliest you can lower it is in month 11. as far as web and walk is concenered, to use the phone as a modem you will need wnw plus. if you want to use voip then you will need wnwmax.

Thats a load of rubbish. I have changed mine about 6 times in the last 12 months.
