OH MY GOD!

It's a Sunday evening. I email them about a previous cancelled contract... 5 minutes after I sent the email I get a phone call from them.

I'm not even joking it had to be 5 minutes or less.

Amazing service. Really impressed.
 
Can't say I've been overly impressed with them as of yet - Possible a bitter taste due to problems with my handset but it's situations where I'm being told to await a delivery one day only for it not to arrive and find I'd been given incorrect details. I do sometimes feel that they were much better until I was outside of my 7-day walk away period. Thankfully, one very decent gentleman was able to reinstate this period for a further 7-days as of tomorrow (When my 3rd phone [2nd replacement] will arrive).

I can only say positive things about the speed of their communication, however - Only once have I had to "hold" before an operator answers.
 
Yeah T-mobile are always top of the list when it comes to support. Apparently Virgin are bang top nearly all the time, seconded by t-mobile in most polls. I've never had any complaints myself, amazing service, ludicrously cheap prices. Perfect!
 
I have never had an issue with them.....thats the main reason I say with them!!

Yep the same reason why ive stayed with them for the past 8 yrs now. They may not have the best tariffs around ie value for money but their customer support makes up for that.
 
I had a call from them at about 8am two days after getting my G1.

Them with a thick Pakistani accent and me with a hangover, I had no idea what the hell we were talking about :D
