T-mobile dongle very slow D/L speed

I have had a T-mobile dongle before and was achieveing 200kps on average download but i recently bought a new dongle,same t-mobile 610 stick and although loading web pages seem's to be the fastest i'v even seen the download speed is very slow at only 5-6 kps,gprs like speed's.

Did they change the download speed's policy or what?

Nvm apparently it was just the AMD Driver website being real slow,false alarm.
