T-Mobile G2-Touch/Hero Screen Problems!

Hi, need a bit of advice regarding my phone. I'm on a 2 year contract which runs out next March and am having screen issues.
Keyboard typing P instead of z etc.
I had the screen replaced at new year so this will be the second replacement.

When is the time to start creating to get a replacement???

if i recall correctly you can run a calibrate for the keyboard/screen or reset to default settings? if that fails then it would need sending back.

I threw mine on a laminate floor in frustration...no calibration was going to fix that..worst phone ever!

Just tried the calibration and gets so far then stops. It's a pile of cack!!!
Looking for a replacement as I still have 10 months left of my contract!!

Anyone had a replacement from T-Mobile???

Repairs are warrantied for a year, get it fixed again for free.

every repair ive ever seen has had a 90 day warranty....

The phone is in warranty due to it's 2 year contract but this is the second time it's happened and want to push for a replacement!
10 months with a knackered phone is going to be a nightmare!
