T-Mobile Mobile broadband connrction problems

Today I got a new T-Mobile dongle on a 24 month contract with a free Toshiba Web Book.

The problem is im having problems connecting. The drivers and the web n walk dashboard installs and i get a 95% signal strength but when i go to connect it says "Error 619 - A connection to the remote computer could not be established..."

Ive reinstalled a few times and tried different USB ports.

Any ideas as ive tried it on both my Desktop Vista 64 machine and my new web book with XP

I take it that the dongle worked on the desktop vista 64 and webbook... if not I'd say its a faulty adaptor.

No it didnt work on either but it does pick up a full 3G and 2G signal
