I haven't upgraded my phone for over 2 years now and I noticed that on the "My T-mobile" page, i could have 'upgraded' to have £10 knocked off my monthly line rental... years ago!!!

Bit annoyed really, seeing as I rarely use their website and i definitely didn't receive anything in the post saying that I can upgrade now... grrrrr

anyway, there's also some random £150 Mastercard voucher thing.... does anyone know if that's available to people who about to upgrade after their first year/18 months is up, or is that maybe a "2 year" offer thing (i'm kinda thinking not!) haha

anyway i've sent a webnote to T-mob, i'm hoping they might go "oh yes, sorry about that, here, have lots of money" but I somehow doubt that too lol :o

Well to be fair, it's your responsibility to take note of when it's time to upgrade, not T-Mobile's, so you've only got yourself to blame.

Maybe so, but surely T-mobile should keep on top of it and not leave it to the customer, besides it's easier for them to do. Even automating it wouldn't be hard...

Plus they originally said that they constantly monitor you're usage and would recommend another tariff if they think it could save you money. (I rarely use all my £180 monthly allowance and 'shock horror' they've never suggested I drop down to a lower tariff lol - but i'm not fussed about that really) :D

Nope T-Mobile would rather you stay on a rolling monthly contract than give you a new phone. Like I said, it's entirely your responsibility to upgrade.
