For the record... my gf's phone has never crashed.
Mine hasn't crashed for ages. It did when the first 2.1 roms were released but they're fine now. I've got the FLB android 2.2 on my phone now and that's not crashed either.

Any word on the official re-release of 2.1? They said October, but that time frame is long gone!
I'm tempted to try out FLB 1.7, as it seems to get good reviews. Are there any downsides to it? The lack of ROM is seriously annoying me now, so A2SD would be a godsend!

Anyone here still running one of these? My partner is, and the battery appears to have finally given up the ghost, with a full charge not even lasting 1 day.
Think its time to replace the battery, sell it, and buy her a San Fran or something!! I couldnt get the latest FLB rom to get past the boot screen, so she is on the 2.1 tmobile uk update at the moment.

Have tried getting my girlfriends Pulse going for my mum now (girlfriend has upgraded to a Sanfrancisco) and after laying dormant for a few months it's now doing constant boot loops. Sometimes it will get fully into android, allow me to browse the net a while etc and then the screen goes black and I get the T-mobile logo like when you first turn it on. Other times it won't even get past "android" on the screen. It even does it sometimes on the recovery screen. Have done full wipes and re-flashed different ROM's etc and nothing has helped. It seems to get worse the longer the phone has been on so I'm guessing it's a hardware fault 
. It's a shame because it probably wouldn't be cost effective to get repaired. Might have one last go at getting a stock 2.1 ROM on it and if that doesn't work I give up!
