T-Mobile Pulse - screen cover?

Hi all

I've got my T-Mobile Pulse. It has a cover right across the front, that looks like a screen cover you'd typically be expected to peal off. However, it appears to be permanantly attached. The thing is, around the green, red, menu keys, and the earpiece, there are air bubbles. Is this cover something that is supposed to come off, or is my phone just a bit knackered? I know it's cheap, but I wouldn't expect there to be air bubbles on the front!

Thanks

Michael.

Mine looks like that, left it on, no problems.

People have commented that it feels more responsive without it.

I took mine off because the screen response was terrible without it. Phone is just gathering dust now anyway until the 2.0 update.

The problem is, there doesn't appear to be a way to take it off!

YES - Finally managed to get an edge and peel it off! It really did feel like a permanently attached covering as when I picked at the edge, it wasn't coming up. However, I managed to get a bit around the speaker.

Mine still has the original covering on and has a couple of very small bubbles but the cover has kept the screen in mint condition. In fact the phone is 4 months old and is in absolutely pristine condition compared to my friends iphone that is six months old and has a heavily scored back panel!!

Cannot wait for the new 2.X update that is coming the the next 4/6 weeks. Then I can hopefully retire my E71 and use the Pulse more.

Was obsessed with covering the screen and keeping it scratch-free when I first got it, then decided that it was more hassle than it was worth (screen responsiveness is much better without it).

Been cover-free for about 4 months and the screen doesn't have a single mark on it. I don't even look after it particularly well, it's just that the glass screen seems to be fairly resilient.
