I know there are a few people on here who work for T-Mobile, so hopefully they can shed some light on this.
Went into local T-Mobile shop to take out a talk plan and port my number from orange.
System said that it was being refered, could i come back later.
Go back later and told that its been declined!!!
Been with Orange for over 10 years with out any problems.
Nice people in the shop give me the details for T-Mobile Credit referrals so i write a nice letter to them and havent heard a peep out of em. This is nigh on 3 weeks ago now.
Any ideas when im likely to hear back from referrals?
Other anomoly during the process was that the system took 2 lots of the £2 out of my account and then paid them back in. Was told it should only take 1 lot of £2.

yea i work for t-m, you should have definately heard back from then usually within a few days a week at the most. the one thing id say about t-mobile is we have the hardest credit check of any mobile network, if you pass it then u can pass anything.

only advise i could give you is send another, send it recorded and make sure to note in the letter that u have previously contacted credit referals regarding the matter
 
Funnily enough Tmobile that used to be one2one used to have the easiest credit check around. But that was going back a good 10-15 yrs i guess, every tom, dick or harry was getting on there network.
