T mobile sim only ...call diverting out of inclusive mins?

I cant seem to work out how to get through on there automated system to a human being that can speak english.

Is there anyone that knows if i can divert calls and if they come out of my allowance

Can I divert my calls to another number?

Answer
Pay monthly customers can divert calls to any UK landline or mobile number. Diverts are charged at the normal rate for the number you're diverting to and are not included in any allowance.

Pay as you go and U-Fix/Mix-It customers can only divert calls to voicemail.

To set up diverts, refer to your phone manual.
