T-mobile transfering payg to contract

I want to cancel my contract with orange and keep that number on payg and i want to upgrade my payg phone to contract, how ever the ocntract would be in some one elses name with them paying etc as i waint to keep my payg number.

Is this possible and would i get such a great deal ie 25% off etc

Sorry didnt make it very clear

I have a orange phone on contract 07973 etcetc this i want to cancel but keep the number and get transfered to payg orange.

Then i have a T mobile payg number 07956 etcetc that i want to transfer to T mobile flex t but in some one elses name on the contract.

i dont want the orange number on contract any more and want the t mobile one as my main line.

i was thinking of getting the MDA Pro
