Thats right,
So heres the story as of current theres £101 of unexpained call charges on my balance I know i have not used!
Here we go.
I get my minutes starting on the 4th Of July this month, 800 In all Unlimited texts the whole hoopla.
I used around 500 in about 6 days I know this it was a hectic period a lot of business to deal with. I checked every day from about the 10th up until lthe 20th before i make a call to see how many minutes I have left.
On the 20th I had 5 minutes left before I ran out.
On this same day i called Tmobile to enquire about an Upgrade which i went through with and got 900 minute contract unlimited blackberry email etc internet etc the whole shabang
Get the phone on the 21st.
I get half my allowance of minutes to do me untill the 4th.
So Now i have 400 minutes to play with for the next 2 weeks till i get my first bill on the new contract.
Then on the very same day i call up to check my balance and some how ive incurred £101 Of call charges when I know i NEVER WENT over at ALL.
I called up and asked what is going on the guy says that there is a blackberry deposit for roaming i have to pay of £250 so i tell him i was not told of this and i do not wish to pay for it and i do not need the feature so then he tells me he has removed it and removed all charges.
I check and the ""call charges"" are back to 0.
2 days later I check again and Wallah £101.
I call up again and the women I speak to this time insists I have gone over my minutes.
Ahh what to do I said im going to take this all the way and I will refuse to pay as I am 100% sure that I have not gone over my allowance.
