Im currently a t-mobile customer, and my contract expires in may, so im looking to upgrade my phone+tarriff next month.
I noticed the "25% off line rental - for life" offer, and thought that seemed pretty damned good, but surprise surprise, i've been told that i can't get that, because its for new customers only.
So now im going to have to leave t-mobile, and re-join, and thus loose my number in the process.... soo..... i'm thinking of doing this:
Not renewing my current t-mob contract (which expires in may) then porting my number over to an Orange PAYG SIM, THEN, signing up for the t-mob flext tarriff (thus, getting the 25% off) THEN finally porting my Orange number, back over to t-mobile (!!!!)
It's annoying, and long winded, but can anyone see a flaw with that plan?
Also, would any t-mob employees be able to hint, as to whether or not, the "25% off line rental - for life" offer will still be around in May?!
