T-Mobile Web n Walk

There's something I'm a little confused about regarding web n walk. If I'm in a 3G area using the internet at that speed, is that included in the Web n Walk package? I guess my question is, can you use Web n Walk at both GPRS and 3G speeds, or GPRS only?

Great, I'm getting a 3G phone, so I guess it'll make a huge difference to my browsing speed.
