woah - good results dude

might make a results table for the thread...

My bad :D............Ive probably paid out 9 quid more for each fan just to get 2c drop in temps from the rest of ya lol

thats what i thought, but who is concerned about the technicalities - like i say - im more keen to see the results! :D

ALL OUR RESULTS

right - ive made a table and put it into the OP

it contains everyones stated results and the graphics board they are using

bledd. - i need your load temp with the TRad
Willbo - i need your stock load and Trad load
Ice Rich - post up your temps if you like and what fans you used

seeing some great results here

Sorry for delay, i'll have to get some pics up too. What I did with the stock cooler was to attach an additional fan on the rear of the card, I have not been able to do that yet on the T-Rad but will sort it shortly.

Really am impressed with everything the T-RAD has to of offer though especially the build quality which is awesome.

I've made some adjustments to my case layout today and results are now:

Trad-2 using 2x xilence red wings (connected to a fan controller at full power - I cannot hear them)

Idle:
29c
Load after an hour of Team Fortress 2:
34c

Stock 4870 Sapphire cooler:
Idle at 20% fan speed:
40c
Load at 30% fan speed:
60c

btw, i don't have any central heating on atm can't afford it since gas prices have shot up (although i can afford a t-rad2 and left4dead?)

so my room is pretty cold, my q6600@3ghz idle temps are in the 20s

i know what you mean - put a jumper on and suffer - buying cool new stuff should always take priority! :p

i know it has 120 holes on the scythe fan - but wouldnt it press up against the pci slots and the motherboard?
