T2600 socket 479 - 30c idle, 75c load! Normal??!!

Hi there, using stock cooler with a tiny but very loud fan and getting above tmeps. Ambient is around 23 ish.

Should i be worried? If i should then any recommendations on how to get load temps down?

quick google says maximum operating temp is 100c, so i would say its fine as it is

you sure? so even if i hit 90c on load... it'll still be fine? :S

yep, (i iguess because its older its been built to run hotter)

if you wanted to improve temps / noise level you could look for an aftermarket cooler, only chance i think it will be is on the bay though
