T6100 vs. X-540

Hey,

Decided my Creative 580s are worn out (2 speakers dead... others going)... so have been looking for some more budget speakers. Currently have a Audigy (1), and want the speakers mainly for music and films, and want them to look good.

As the T6100 comes in around £35 and the X-540 at £50, what would you guys recommend (or any others for the price). Or is amp and speakers really the way to go?

Out of the two, definately the Logitechs. The T6100 look like a new version of the T6600 set which is very poor (I suspect all the cheaper creative sets are tbh).

Amp and speakers is far better but you'd need a fair bit of extra budget
