T68i - Flashing envelope... whats it mean?

Hi.

My 8910i has finally given up on life, so I have been forced to use my old T68i until I get a new phone. However, there is a flashing envelope at the top of the screen and I dont know what it means or how I can get rid of it.

I instantly presumed it was something to do with messages on the phone, but there is lots of free room for new messages. Its also nothing to do with voicemail as I just gave it a ring and there were no messages.

Any ideas what it is and how i can shift it?

On the last motorola i had the flashing icon was also for text messages are full, try deleting a few and seeing that helps. Could it be that the phone can only recognize a certain number thus it is now showing full on the sim card?

I can't remember for certain as it has been a long time since I've been near a T68 but I'd also check your outbox and possibly your drafts/messages to be sent as well.
