Tablet for my son

I am not sure on which tablet pick for my son for xmas.

My max budget is £120.00, I am put off by most tablets by the small screen resolution.

My son is 9 and will mostly play games from the play market.

I have been looking at the A1CS X220 TABLET 10.2" ANDROID 2.2 sold elsewhere but it's only single core, it does have quite a lot og positive reveiws. I am also looking at the ocuk Ultima 7" with an ips screen which is much cheaper but a small screen.

What about the Nebo? It's made for kids around that age. It's had really good reviews and you can get it for around £130

The samsung galaxy 7" is £128 at the moment,not the size you want but a very good tablet.

Its £128 with the cash back that Samsung are offering, basically after purchasing you have to own the device for 16 days then you make the claim online, then the money will be deposited in your bank or via cheque within 42 days, they're offering £30 cash back for the 7" and £50 for the 10.1"
