Tablet for presentations

To start off all the best for the new year, may it be filled with joy, happiness and a touch of luck

I was wondering if I could ask for some advice, in short i am after a "presentation" tablet for one of my staff.

Requirements:
Ease of document editing (word,excel, power point etc)
Split screen for taking notes during brief's/meeting
Ability to attach external monitor
USB port

If I could kindly request a few model's to look into I would greatly appreciate it.

to be honet your specificatiosn exactly match microsofts new surface tablets

surface rt comes with microsoft office (not outlook though)
any app can be pinned to the side taking up about 1/3 screen while any other app takes up the rest
coems with hdmi port
has a USB port
