Tablet for sketching

Anyone know which tablet PC is best for drawing/sketching with a stylus? I've just read the IPad4 is not accurate enough. Needs to be 10" or thereabouts. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks, the Note 10.1" does look good with the S-pen which uses wacom digitiser circuitry built in. I think also the Microsoft Surface Pro.
Any others with a pen, or is that the only choice?

You could look at a full old sk00l tablet PC like a Lenovo 220t or 230t, or Fujitsu and HP do a similar model. But they are full size laptops and much heavier than a tablet.

The surface pro may be interesting but I'm not convinced it's a success yet and at least by buying a Note 10.1 you'll be buying into Android which is certainly here to stay.

I'll just throw in there, the Toshiba Excite Write has a high res (2560x1600) screen and digitiser to go with a large stylus... well pen. It's going for about £400 in certain places for the 32GB model.
