I have a Wacom tablet and I've noticed a serious lag over the past few days when viewing youtube videos or when using java (I use Jdownloader so it's a pain when downloading as my tablet lags for the duration of the downloads. The lag goes when the downloads complete even though Jdownloader is still open)... these seem to be the only time when the lags. I presume it would still lag if I were using a mouse.
Anyway, I'm on Vista and I've upgraded the Java and flash to the latest version. I've trawled the internet for hours trying to find a solution with no luck.
I've also tried a system restore but it was unsuccessful
Any help is appreciated.
Edit, I've noticed the lag when downloading via firefox also
