Tablet or tablet laptop hybrid for office onenote note-taking

Hi All,
I'm considering picking up a tablet or tablet hybrid to keep in my office desk for note-taking in MS OneNote using a pen/pencil during meetings. I could go the iPad route but not sure I want to pay the apple tax.

I'm happy to pick up an android tablet Samsung/Lenovo/Xiaomi but wanted to see what ya'll would recommend? The device would be primarily used for MS OneNote and Outlook with some web browsing.
Notes would be written onto the screen with a pen rather than typed in some instances.

Surface prodcuts are usually the best option - They aren't cheap though..

I use an Ipad Pro for this and it's very slick. You can do it relatively cheaply, I picked up a 2018 11" Pro for sub £300 a few weeks back.

Yes, that would be a good one - You can find some pretty cheap nowadays!
