Hello all, I am looking for an Android tablet that can help me with my studies, main requirements are a screen size of 10"+, preferably IPS and a lack of bloatware (my gripe with the shield K1). It is mainly for note taking and annotating PDF's.

The Huawei Mediapad t5 10 (3/32 GB), or Samsung TAB A seem ideal, are there any downsides to this one or better alternatives for around £200?

[edit] Not too much choice it seems, paid a bit more for a TAB S6, should last a while with the specs and the S Pen seems ideal for my needs.

Quick update - tab s6 arrived today, Xodo seems like a good app for annotating PDF's, especially the comment pop-up boxes.
One note is brilliant for note taking and organising, the browser extension for clipping is brilliant for grabbing screenshots, then I can draw/ write on them.
DeX works with a £20 USB hub and whilst it isn't perfect its still quite a powerful feature.
The S pen gestures make me feel like a wizard, so bonus points there.

Its a great tablet; I sold mine as I didn't think the screen was wide enough (in portrait) for note-taking but unless I hear something about a much improved S7 coming I'll probably look for another S6 - fast as hell and a really nice bit of kit!

Was this a S6 Lite with pen for around £350-399 (double your £200 price)? I only ask since I recently dropped a Huawei Mediapad into a mob bucket and wanted a replacement but the next "step" up in capability, or is there some better priced S6 I am not finding?

Purchased a Tab S6 second hand "B grade", although it came boxed as new for £460.
