Tabs underneath Quick Launch

Hello all, I've managed to put the tabs I'm using underneath the quick launch tabs on the bottom left-hand side of the screen, any ideas how I can put it back to normal?

I've tried moving the 'thickness' of the bar, but no luck!

Unlock the taskbar, then you should see a line next to each toolbar, click and hold on that line and drag it to where you want it, then just resize the taskbar.

yup, once it's unlocked you may or may not see these lines (your style is quite dark, so just hover around where they should be!)

Looks like pretty much the same one i'm using, which is called Black Mesa V2, might be some variant of that since it does have slight differences.

Or i could be totally wrong and thats not it at all....
