Taco spice in bulk

The trouble with ground spices in bulk is they lose flavour relatively rapidly so unless you're going through it like crazy it's not a great idea.
Looking at the ingredients for a standard recipe though the main things that are going to suffer are the chilli and the cumin. So if you do buy something in bulk maybe consider buying some cumin seeds and whole dried chillies to briefly toast and grind to add to perk it up.
Regarding sources, I've actually had a lot of luck with Amazon and eBay for spice blends and whole spices.

Have been very happy with [email protected] online, but some of last 400g bags of Rajag cumin from local Indian store.
