Just played this today and couldn't find another thread on it.
It's from Fullbright, who made Gone Home. Similar sort of game, walking around, reading and exploring.
Tacoma is a sci-fi narrative adventure set aboard a high-tech space station in the year 2088. Explore every detail of how the station’s crew lived and worked, finding the clues that add up to a gripping story of trust, fear, and resolve in the face of disaster.

You basically view the story from an AR perspective and learn about the events that occurred, the crew members lives etc.
I really enjoyed it and would probably give it a 9/10, my only complaint is its fairly short. I finished it in about 3 hours and that was taking my time. If you like this sort of game its definitely worth a go.
