Tagan 800 watt

Hi, i have been offered a tagan 800 watt psu from a friend and am wondering whether or not i should buy it. It will be used with a conroe e6600, gigabyte dq6 mobo, 2 gig ram, x-fi sound card, 1 120 gig ide and maybe a sata at later date, an 8800 gtx soon and dvd drive etc fans and stuff. Will this psu be good for the specs?

Apparently they're quite loud. The Enermax Galaxy is a much quieter PSU.

Massive overkill for that system, but if it's cheap and means you don't need to run that Q-Tec anymore: buy buy buy!

I'd avoid all Tagan products that are above 500W.
