Tagan PSU - separate ground?

Just recieved a new tagan and it has a separate ground cable (apparently it can stop ripples lol) but wheres the best place to attach it?
States in the manual to fit it to one of the motherboards fixings but is that to the motherboard or just to the case (ie:above/below motherboard)?

Back when I got my Tagan (2004), posted pic below & was told where attached is fine...

Yeah, I just attached it to the back of the case, where the backing plate things are.

I used to attach this cable between the mobo and the chassis around a standoff always seemed to do the trick
